Michelle Christopher holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary and Exceptional Education and a Master of Science degree in Instructional Design. Instructional Design focuses on adult learning and the design and development of highly effective instructional materials and programs.
For over twenty years, Ms. Christopher worked in a nationally known banking center as a Vice President and Corporate Trainer. She developed, wrote and produced original training materials and is a nationally awarded designer and developer of many video series. She was part of a working production studio within the company that hired and used local television talent to produce industrial videos on a wide variety of topics. Ms. Christopher also led a training and development team of designers and writers during her tenure at the company.
Steven and Lyn Kniffin are dedicated members of the Advisory Board for Leibaand Associates, LLC. Together, they bring a wealth of experience and insight to their roles, contributing to the success and growth of the organization.
Steven, a proud New York native, began his journey of service with a remarkable military career in the U.S. Army. His dedication and bravery were recognized with numerous accolades, including (but not limited to) the prestigious Bronze Star, Combat Medical Badge, and Vietnam Campaign Ribbon. Following his military service, Steven transitioned to the law enforcement field, where he dedicated 36 years of his life.
Throughout his tenure with the Palm Beach Shores Police Department, Steven's commitment led him to climb the ranks from Corporal to Chief. His achievements include serving as a two-term Treasurer for the Palm Beach County Association of Chiefs of Police and holding the position of Vice President from January to June 2013. In addition to his law enforcement contributions, Steven served as Deputy Sheriff of Palm Beach County from April 2014 to June 2018.
Lyn, also a native of New York, has built a career characterized by her strong organizational skills and attention to detail. With almost a decade of experience as an office manager and an additional 15 years in record management, Lyn's contributions to administrative efficiency have been invaluable.
Beyond their professional accomplishments, Steven and Lyn Kniffin are deeply engaged in their local community. Since 2018, they have dedicated their time and expertise to the Property Owners Architectural Review Board. The pair has been married since 1972 and are the proud parents of two children.
