Advisory Board

Lerina Chmura

Lerina Chmura was selected to serve on the Advisory Board for Leiba and Associates Insurance and Financial Agency, LLC. in May 2023. Chmura has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the finance and management space.  Some of her previous roles include: Cash Management Accountant for San Diego’s well-known motivational speaker Tony Robbins, Chief Financial Officer and General Manager, and more than 13 years as a Management Accountant at Palomar College in San Diego County. Chmura also currently serves as Treasurer for the PTSA of Omni Middle School in Boca Raton, Florida.

Over the years, Chmura has helped set up and manage several small businesses from the ground up.  She has a great ability to envision financial growth opportunities, and is an expert at customer relations, as well as asset and risk management.  Chmura has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and an MBA from National University in San Diego.  She currently resides in Boca Raton and excels as a musician, playing the oboe and the piano in her spare time. 

Michelle Christopher

Michelle Christopher holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary and Exceptional Education and a Master of Science degree in Instructional Design. Instructional Design focuses on adult learning and the design and development of highly effective instructional materials and programs.

For over twenty years, Ms. Christopher worked in a nationally known banking center as a Vice President and Corporate Trainer. She developed, wrote and produced original training materials and is a nationally awarded designer and developer of many video series. She was part of a working production studio within the company that hired and used local television talent to produce industrial videos on a wide variety of topics. Ms. Christopher also led a training and development team of designers and writers during her tenure at the company.

In recent years, Mrs. Christopher has authored a children’s book and co-authored inspirational materials. Her latest work, Love Letters from Heaven, is available as an audio book. Mrs. Christopher is also an ordained minister with Alliance of Divine Love, a non-denominational international spiritual organization.
